Chef April Montgomery is an experienced culinary professional and produce expert. A graduate of The French Culinary Institute (now part of the Institute of Culinary Education), April cooked in lauded restaurants in New York City, NY and Dallas, TX before transitioning to the corporate Food and Beverage industry. A startup veteran, April has worked at Blue Apron, Daily Harvest, Kitchen To Kitchen, and Nuts.com growing Culinary, Quality, and Operations teams.

In her personal time, April is a judge for the State Fair of Texas food competitions, a collector of vintage cookbooks and Pyrex, and is an avid traveler.

April is based in Chatham, NJ and offers solutions throughout Northern New Jersey, the New York City Metroplex and beyond.
